Ernie Clark. Hilperton Division, Wiltshire Council.

Things are still moving forwards, albeit slowly.

The timetable for allotments for Hilperton is still on schedule - just.

The actual purchase process is now in the hands of the parish council solicitor and quotes are being sought for fencing, ploughing, scarifying and grassing the proposed site.

The intention is that the plots should be available for the 2010 growing season.
