Directory enquiries at WC.
What a waste of our money.
Wiltshire Council is charged every time they make a call to directory enquiries. Between April and September this year 1,200 calls were made costing £1,350!!Staff are now being urged to use www.bt.com rather than calling directory inquiries as there is no cost incurred using this website.Why haven't they been told to do this before?
