Are we being conned again?

Now, I could be wrong, but is the government pulling the wool over our eyes?

When VAT was reduced to 15% a while ago, I'm sure that the government put an extra couple of pence onto a litre of fuel to balance-out the VAT reduction. Now, VAT is back to 17.5% but the off-setting fuel increase hasn't been removed.

If I'm wrong I apologise to Mr. Brown - but I don't think I am!
