WWDC planning committee decisions.
The district council planning committee met last night.
Of the five that were discussed, the outline application for 550 houses south of Paxcroft Mead was deferred, whilst the applications for 22 dwellings at Elmfield, Staverton, 34 dwellings adjoining the canal at Staverton, and the subdivision of Maxcroft House were all refused.
The Listed Building Consent for Maxcroft House was given, but without planning permission (see above) nothing can be done.
