Revised opening times for recycling centres.
From 1st April the centres will use their summer opening schedule.
The WC household recycling centres (including Canal Road) will switch to their summer timetable on 1st April.The centres will be open from 9.00am to 7.00pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays and from 9.00am to 5.00pm every other day of the week until October.Just a reminder that all types of batteries (from AAA through to car batteries) can be taken to the centres.However, please remember the mantra 'reduce, reuse, recycle'. Whilst recycling is good, it's better not to produce the waste in the first place or try to reuse rather than recycle.
