A vacancy exists for a new LEA governor.

One new LEA governor has been found for The Mead Primary school, but there is still a vacancy.

The recent resignation of Peter Smith brings an era to an end. Peter was one of the first governors of the school (I was another) who oversaw its construction and recruitment of the staff including Lyssy as the head teacher. Peter has given the school many years service and I'm sure that his expertise will be missed.

As a past governor, I can assure you that it is a very rewarding way to give a few hours a month to your local community. For more details please contact either me or, using the 'link' in the left-hand column of this page, the school.
