Holt & Paxcroft WCC result.
The result for this area was declared at 10.45 today.
My thanks to everybody that helped by displaying posters and distributing my election material.
The result was close and showed :-
Ken Beaton - Conservative 1300 votes
Ernie Clark - Independent 1613 votes
Sarah Content - Lib Dem 1789 votes.
Having never stood for the County Council before, I am pleased that so many people share my view on the role of the 'Independent' as being the way to go, so roll on 2009!!!
