The cross-party talks continue.

I try to post only local news on here, but I wonder what will happen in the aftermath of the General Election?

All three major parties are telling us that 'deficit reduction' and 'the national interest' must come first; but will it? I have a nasty feeling that the Lib Dems might be more interested in reaching agreement with whoever will give them what they want on the issue of proportional representation (PR).

I don't want to get involved in the arguments for or against PR but I hope this doesn't over ride all other thoughts when/if the time comes to form some sort of minority or coalition Government.
