The new pub will be open for Christmas trade.

It is anticipated that the new Marston's pub will open its doors on the 29th November.

Curiously, it is now expected that the pub will generate a considerable amount of motorised traffic (the planning application said the exact opposite) and so parking restrictions are planned.

The suggested time limits are 20 minutes on the six bays outside Robinson's and three hours elsewhere.

The three hour limit could impact on users of the community centre and I will be contacting Attivo (the site owners) to see if there could be some flexibility.
