There is only one Paxcroft Ward item on the agenda.
Having been given permission for 3 shops by The Planning Inspectorate at appeal, Marshgate now wish to add 11 flats.
The officers at WWDC are recommending approval, but Hilperton Parish Council has objected for a number of reasons. These can be found on the HPC website at Hilperton Parish Council
