Following a pre-application 'discussion', a Wiltshire Council planning officer has given his opinion.

Without going into detail, the officer suggests that an application for the current proposed site would result in refusal.

Taking the comments in a broader context, it would seem that any idea of turning part of the linear park into allotments would also fail.
