The western area planning committee met last night.

The main item on the agenda was the application for thirty homes on the field south of the Grange.

I proposed that the application should be refused for a number of reasons.

Following a long discussion the committee didn't feel able to support my proposal and permission was granted. Voting was six in favour of the application with four against.
