Ernie Clark. Hilperton Division, Wiltshire Council.

The parish council meets tomorrow evening.

As mentioned last week, one of the agenda items is setting the precept for 2011/12.

The council has two medium/long term projects to fund - new play equipment at the village hall for the Queen's Jubilee in 2012, and traffic calming for the village when the relief road is built through the Gap.

Would you object to paying £1 a year more? This would be the first increase for over ten years and work out at less than a 1% per annum increase.
