The 'reserved matters' application was determined by the western area planning committee last night.

The committee gave permission as submitted but with a few detail changes to six houses.

In addition, about 15 metres of mature hedging on the southern boundary were saved by the removal of a footpath, following a suggestion by me to the case officer earlier this week, and integral garages will not be allowed to be converted into habitable rooms.
