'AV or not AV' that is the question...

Today is your opportunity to vote on whether or not the 'first past the post' system is retained for Parliamentary elections.

The polling stations are open from 7.00am until 10.00pm so you should be able to get there.

With no local election in Wiltshire, there is a danger that turnout might be as low as 20%, that would be a shame. Whatever you opinion on the referendum, the fact is that the result could have a profound effect on how we are governed in the future.

I have decided which way I am going to vote and I hope you have too. Just take a few minutes out of your day to nip along to the polling station and place your 'X' in either the 'Yes' box (to change to AV) or the 'No' box (to keep things as they are).

One thing you can't do is rank the two options '1' and '2'!!!
