There might be some traffic disruption.

Wiltshire Council will be carrying out repairs to Canal Road starting this evening.

The main part of Canal Road, from Seymour Road to the Hammond Way roundabout, will be closed between 7.00pm and 6.00am from June 20th to July 8th excluding weekends.

The work involves resurfacing the carriageway, new road markings, and the adjustment of surface ironwork.

Diversion routes will be along The Down and Wyke Road, with the weight limit at the Hilperton end suspended to allow lorries to go this way.
