Am I paranoid?

The Wiltshire Core Strategy consultation document is now on-line.

Try as I might, I can't fine any reference as to how you obtain a hard copy, but I would suggest you contact the Spatial Planning team at WC and ask for one. I'm certain that they are not allowed to 'consult' only on-line.

In particular I would draw your attention to the final paragraph on page 52 and the fact that, on the area map, Hilperton is NOT identified but seems to be part of Trowbridge.

If you also have a look at the Wiltshire and Swindon Waste Site Allocations Development Plan Document you will see that the council is suggesting that traffic to the Canal Road site should be signposted to miss the residential area of Trowbridge. If that's the case, how will lorries be expected to get there? Through Hilperton?
