A reality or another busted dream?

The old Bowyers factory site could be transformed into the Innox Riverside 'family leisure destination'.

Prorsus, a retail and leisure development company, is looking to deliver a 145,000 sq. ft mixed-use scheme for the site.

The scheme will feature an 8-screen cinema, restaurants, coffee shops, a riverside walk, a new civic square and public open space. Oh, and a Morrison foodstore.

The scheme is fully financed and almost fully let.

There will be a public exhibition in St. John's Parish Church Hall on the 2nd (2.00pm - 8.00pm) and 3rd (10.00am - 4.00pm) of September.
