The process is now well underway.

There is yet another review of the parliamentary constituencies taking place.

The preliminary results are due next month but it will be interesting to see what happens locally.

It would not be a surprise to see the Chippenham constituency disappear (after just the 2010 election) which would leave our current MP, Duncan Hames, looking for a new seat (in Bath perhaps?).

If the numbers add up, it would be intriguing if the Trowbridge, Bradford-on-Avon and Melksham areas were brought into one constituency as the two main parties have their support spread in pockets over the three towns.
