Is this taking things a little too far?

Wiltshire Council obviously takes its responsibility for inspecting food establishments very seriously.

Only recently, Hilperton village hall bar was advised that it would need to be inspected and certified.

The fact that it sells only ready-packaged crisps, nuts, chocolate etc. is irrelevant (so the management committee was told).

Still, I suppose it keeps someone in work..
