'Controversial' planning applications lodged.
Paxcroft Mead and Staverton residents may be in for a surprise.
In Paxcroft Mead, yet another application has been made to build a public house on the site currently allocated for the doctors' surgery, whilst in Staverton the intention is to change Smallbrook House into a 'House in Multiple Occupation' (more commonly called bedsits).
