A change of 'policy' at B&NES.

Having stated that they would pay for traffic counting before and after the ban, B&NES has now changed its mind.

A letter from Cllr. Dick Tonge at Wiltshire Council advises that B&NES has decided that it will monitor traffic levels only within Bath!!

Accordingly, WC has stated that it will pay to have the counts carried out - I hope that B&NES is ashamed of itself; but I doubt it.

Amongst the roads to be 'counted' will be the B3105 through Hilperton/Staverton.
