What is so difficult about 'poop scooping'?

On the whole, Hilperton parish tends not to be too bad for people not clearing up after their dogs.

However, I have been contacted by a resident highlighting the unacceptable amount of dog mess on the pavements of St Mary's Close & Horse Road. This is also a problem in parts of Paxcroft Mead.

As a dog owner myself, could I please ask all dog owners not to leave mess on pavements. It is both unpleasant and illegal. If you are witnessed not 'poop scooping' you will be prosecuted.
