An appeal date has been set for the proposed pub.
In spite of these appeals, Marshgate and Wolverhampton & Dudley Brewery have put in yet another (identical) appplication. Presumably they are hoping that the planning committee will perform a complete U turn and allow this scheme at the third attempt.

As circumstances have not changed (i.e. there is still no land for the doctors' surgery) I would be very surprised if the result is any different. It seems a shame that the applicant appears so keen to use valuable planning officer time in what some residents have described to me as a war of attrition.
