The Wiltshire Core Strategy has moved to its next stage.

This is almost the final stage of the process...

The consultation closes at 5pm on April 2nd.

Following this consultation, the proposals will be put to a government inspector for confirmation.

The plan has many opponents including CPRE (Campaign for Protection of Rural England) and a number of other organisations who have created a Network Against Wiltshire Sprawl, which aims to oppose the WC strategy and encourage more sensible and restrained development particularly in the western part of Wiltshire.
