Exchange of contracts imminent.

L&G say that the final exchange of contracts with both Odeon and Premier Inn are imminent in the coming weeks.

They also state that marketing of the restaurant sites has commenced and they have received very strong interest.

Site clearance works have commenced and the delivery program is as follows:-

May 2012 - contractors appointed for construction.

June 2012 - construction commences.

April 2013 - handover to Odeon for cinema fit out.

August 2013 - handover to Premier Inn and restaurant operators.

October 2013 - St. Stephens Place Leisure Park opens.
