Work is scheduled to start this week.

English Landscapes will be cutting and removing the rails, taking down the brick wall, removing the old gate, and taking up the concrete floor.

All risings will be removed from the site.

The area will then be filled with soil from the cemetery and, finally, top-dressed with a good quality top soil. It will then be turfed and hedging planted.

The area will then be used for graves once it has settled.
