The application went to a WC planning committee last night.

After a near two hour debate, the application was deferred for six weeks.

The committee felt that it was minded to refer the application to the Secretary of State with a recommendation for approval, but the committee needed to see all the conditions and Section 106 commitments.

The vote couldn't have been closer with five in favour and five against - the Chairman used his casting vote in favour of the resolution.

It will be interesting to see what happens next month...
