Whatever happens tomorrow evening, it won't be the end of the matter.

There are three possible decisions for the Bowyer's site application.

Deferral. This is very unlikely.

'Permission'. The committee cannot 'permit' the application. If it 'approves' the application the Secretary of State will have the right to 'call it in' and for the SoS to make the decision. It is also poosible that the decision will be taken to the High Court for judicial review.

Refusal. If the application is refused, the applicant has the right to appeal the decision to the Planning Inspectorate.

So, whatever happens tomorrow evening, no one will be sure of the final outcome...
