Staverton planning issues (all Persimmon).
There will be a special WWDC planning committee meeting next week.
Three of the four items to be discussed relate to Saverton and, of these, two have been called before the committee by me 'in the interest of wider public debate'. This is because the sites could be de-allocated from 'residential use' in the coming Structure Plan.
Details of the applications are :-
Application 04/02307/OUT. Residential development and associated works. Land Between New Terrace and Marina Drive.
Application 04/02303/OUT. Residential development and associated works. Land at Staverton triangle.
Application 05/01352/FUL. Erection of 22 dwellings, associated landscaping, public open space, footpaths, roads, access, vehicle manoevring and parking. Land south west of Elmfield.
