Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council has made an Order to close temporarily to all traffic: C49 West Ashton Road (Part), Trowbridge; from its junction with A361 County Way in a easterly direction to its western junction with Clarendon Avenue.

To enable: Wessex Water Plc to replace mains sewer and new access chamber.

Alternative Route: Via County Way – Bradley Road – White Horse Business Park, North Bradley – Westbury Road – Yarnbrook Road, West Ashton – West Ashton Road (unaffected length) and vice versa.

The closure will be clearly indicated by traffic signs.

This Order will come into force on 1 October 2012 and it is anticipated that the work will take 4 weeks to complete. The Order will have a maximum duration of 18 months.
