The latest scheme is nearing completion.

The new PFI (Private Finance Initiative) affordable housing at the junction of Ashton Road and Hilperton Drive is nearing completion.

It will provide 10 two bed houses, 5 three bed houses and 3 two bed bungalows. Up to two homes will provide temporary accommodation for homeless households as part of WC’s statutory obligation.

As is 'normal' for Wiltshire Council, no consultation was undertaken with either myself or the parish council about the late decision to include temporary accommodation in the scheme.
