The appeal process has been deferred until 21st February 2013.

When the western area planning committee refused the planning application earlier this year, the committee urged the applicant, the planners and the WC cabinet member to work together in order to bring a better scheme forward.

The last thing that the committee wanted was to lose investment into the town.

It would seem that, behind the scenes, such a scheme has been taking shape. The details are confidential but the fact that the appeal process has been deferred would seem to indicate that something interesting for Trowbridge is on the way....
