Optimisation Developments Ltd has submitted their new plans.

Outline details are available elsewhere on this site but the main points are that the cinema has been dropped but the petrol filling station has made a re-appearance.

The target 'determination date' is Monday 18th March and it will be interesting to see whether or not the local member (Cllr. John Knight) calls the application before the WC planning committee again.

The appeal against the earlier refusal is formally in abeyance until February and so, even if revived, would not be heard until April/May time.
