Ernie Clark. Hilperton Division, Wiltshire Council.

Rather short notice for the Trowbridge event....

Local people are being invited to help shape the council’s budget for 2013/14 at nine interactive roadshows around Wiltshire starting on 21st January 2013.

Everyone who visits the roadshows will be asked where they would make savings and where they would invest if they had control of the council’s budget.

They will also be asked about where they believe the council can improve and what the council has done over the last four years since it became a unitary authority which it can build on.

All the responses will be collated and will influence the council’s direction as it moves into the next financial year.

Council staff will be on hand to answer any questions people may have.

Local roadshows are:-

Monday 21st January. 11.00am - 1.00pm. Outside County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge.

Thursday 24th January. 11.00am - 1.00pm. The Market Place, Devizes.

Thursday 31st January. 11.00am - 1.00pm. St Margaret's Carpark, Bradford on Avon.
