Hilperton woman on benefit fraud charge.
A Hilperton woman has been charged with benefit fraud.She is accused of making false statements to obtain benefits and two counts of failing to notify a change in circumstances, between June 2006 and September 2010.No charges were formally put to the defendant during a brief hearing at Swindon Crown Court.
