Staverton planning update.
More appeals lodged by Persimmon.
The list of appeals which Persimmon has outstanding can be increased by another two.
Both were refused permission by the district council planning committee and are due to be decided by Public Inquiry at a date to be advised. The applications are 04/02307 (Land between New Terrace and Marina Drive) and 05/00324 (the link road relating to the above).
Written comments must be with the Planning Inspectorate by 21 November but the public may attend the actual inquiry. If you wish to submit a written representation please contact me for the full address and reference numbers for the Planning Inspectorate.
