Another planning appeal in Hilperton.
There has been a spate of them recently.
The latest relates to Sharkeys, Whaddon Lane.It is against the refusal by Wiltshire Council of planning application W/12/02069.WC has commenced enforcement action against the same address which might also be subject to appeal.The other recent appeal hearings in Hilperton related to the nursery site in Horse Road (the appeal was dismissed) and the land behind 162 Devizes Road (the appeal was dismissed but the enforcement notices were reworded to allow the occupants twelve, rather than six, months to comply).
