Staverton planning appeals.
Two public inquiries are due to start soon.
Two Public Inquiries are due to take place over the next few weeks.
On the 8th and 9th of November applications 04/00874 and 04/00875 (proposed residential development by Charles Church of 34 dwellings adjacent to the canal) will be considered.
The next week, on 15th and 16th, applications 04/00941 and 05/00626 (erection of 64 dwellings in phase 7b) are on the agenda. These are the applications which, if approved, will build across the line of 'the Staverton diversion'.
Both Inquiries are open to the public and will be held in the Council Chamber at Bradley Road commencing at 10.00am. If anyone wishes to be asked to speak (by the inspector) they must attend at 10 o'clock on the first day of the respective Inquiry.
