A fund is being set up to help Wiltshire people who would like to take part in future Olympic or Paralympic Games.

To help raise money for this a 'black tie' dinner is being held at County Hall on March 14th 2014. Tickets are £100 each (!) with no discount for taking a second person.

For your money you will get what the council describes as 'Guest motivational speakers, Wiltshire’s current and future Olympians and Paralympians, entertainment, elite prizes and promises, and great food and wine.' For that sort of money I would think that's the least anyone would expect...

You are urged to book early as demand for the tickets is expected to be high - from businesses booking on expenses I expect.
