An informal meeting was held earlier this week between the developers' agent, WC and parish councils.

The development will be along both sides of West Ashton Road as you go past where the extended Leapgate will join West Ashton Road, finishing roughly level with Larkrise Community Farm.

There will be a public consultation exercise at the Civic Centre, Trowbridge on the 5th and 10th December.

Two local centres are planned (to supposedly include doctor/dental surgeries), two primary schools and a site (but only a site) reserved for a new secondary school.

Assuming that the Gap road is built on time, the new development won't have a direct impact on Hilperton.
