Ernie Clark. Hilperton Division, Wiltshire Council.

Coming soon to the Trowbridge area.

Young people can apply now to be taught touch rugby with Bath coaches and possibly play in front of 10,000 people during a Bath Rugby Club game.

Wiltshire Council is working in partnership with the Bath Rugby Foundation after receiving national government Sportivate funding to help deliver mixed Hitz Rugby coaching for 11 to 19 year olds.

Qualified coaches will be working with young people across Wiltshire for 10 weeks as part of the council’s initiative to encourage more young people into sport with the free sessions taking place in the evenings in Trowbridge, Tidworth and Chippenham.

Sessions started on November 25 with the chance to take part in a county festival during the 2014 February half term break. The top two teams will then progress to the grand final which will be played in front of 10,000 fans during half time of the Aviva Premiership fixture, between Bath Rugby Club and Saracens on February 28 2014.
