Ashton Park urban extension.
Two consultation events are planned.
The following information is provided regarding two consultation events taking place this month as detailed below.The draft Wiltshire Core Strategy 2026 includes an allocation for some 2,600 new homes and 15ha of new employment land along West Ashton Road.It also states that the development must be supported by a masterplan process agreed between the community, the local planning authority (Wiltshire Council) and the developer to deliver the requirements set within the plan.The agents (Pegasus Planning) acting on behalf of the developer is holding a community consultation event at the Trowbridge Civic Centre on the following days:Thursday 5th December, 3pm – 8pmTuesday 10th December, 3pm – 8pm.
