Fire Authority precept.
Will it be increased?
The Wiltshire & Swindon Fire Authority meets on Thursday.The main agenda item is the setting of the 2014-15 precept.In the past, the authority has accepted 'one off' government grants in lieu of a precept increase. However, these grants do not roll-up year on year and so a precept increase is very likely for this year.The maximum increase would be £5 a year.
