Hilperton Relief Road.
What is happening?
At the September meeting of the WWDC Planning Committee, the Chairman was aked to give an update on the progress of the Hilperton Relief Road.
He replied that work on the Section 106 agreement was progressing. Details were being negotiated between WWDC and other interested parties, but the officers did not have a date for the signing of the agreement.
Two months have now passed with no further announcement and so I have submitted the following question for the Planning Committeee meeting due to be held on 17 November.
"Further to your answer at the 08 September meeting, can you please advise what progress has since been made on the Section 106 agreement."
