BBLP seem to be doing a truly shocking job both in Hilperton and Trowbridge.

At a full meeting of Wiltshire Council yesterday, even the Cabinet member responsible for the work seemed to have lost patience with the contractors.

There are extra teams out in this area but they don't really seem to have the right equipment to do what is required.

Personally, I think that BBLP put in a 'suicide bid' for the contract and are now reaping the consequences - they certainly don't seem to be reaping the grass!!
