The planning inspector has announced his decision.
In the e-mail the clerk states that she has now received the written findings of the Planning Inspectorate.

"The letter from the planning inspector concludes that the appeal is allowed. He attaches three conditions to the granting of permission referring to slab levels, landscaping and samples of materials."

This isn't the outcome that the people of Staverton wanted (or deserved), but at least everyone should have now formed their own opinion of just how much concern is shown for local people and their future by this developer.
