Heron Land/Gallagher lodge appeal against planning refusal.

The application to build on part of the land between Devizes Road and Paxcroft Mead was refused by WC planners a couple of months ago.

The original planning reference was 13/06879/out and the appeal has reference APP/Y3940/A/14/2221954.

Any additional comments have to be with the Planning Inspectorate by 28th August.

An owner of similar land in the vicinity is supporting the appeal for obvious reasons.
