The contractors seem to have forgotten their obligation.

As many of you have noticed, there is a lot of mud being deposited on roads by the lorries coming from the HRR sites.

I have emailed the WC planning enforcement team to find out why my complaint a few weeks ago hasn't been resolved (the complaint was about the lack of wheel washing facilities as required by one of the planning conditions).

When I get a reply, I will let you know the reason for the lack of enforcement activity by WC.
