If you wish to comment on any of the proposed changes to yellow lines in Hilperton, you have only until the 17th.

I have submitted a formal comment re the Hackett Place proposal saying:-

'As the local member, the scheme seems rather draconian and far more ‘oppressive’ than when I last spoke to a WC officer about it – although that was a long time back. Whilst school parking is a major concern of residents, 24/7 double yellow lines would seem, to me, to be ‘over kill’; that said, I realise that WC can ‘soften’ a scheme after consultation but not ‘harden’ it.

My personal thought is that there is too much ‘double yellow’ in the plan but hopefully you will get a robust response from the residents.'

All the proposed changes have a mix of supporters and opponents, so it is vital that you let WC know what you think.
